The First Architect I've Met Who Doesn't View The Client As An Idiot
Dwight Davis is one of those people you want batting on your team. He is a rare individual who actually listens and then turns a nice idea into the correct decision. He is mild mannered, thoughtful and willing to do more than just what is required of him. He gives smart and sound advice and he works in a very hands-on way in order to make sure that he is fully connected to what the client is thinking. He just makes good ideas so much better and I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else now that I've met him and worked with him.
